If your application is missing any required information or if we have any questions, we will contact you at the telephone numbers that you enter below. Once the application is complete we will contact you for payment arrangements. We can complete your purchase over the phone with your credit card authorization or you may pay by check. After your payment has been submitted, the warranty application will be submitted to the underwriter for their acceptance. You will receive your warranty contracts from the manufacturer or warranty company in six to twelve weeks.

Terms and Conditions:
There will be a waiting period of 30 days on minor repairs and 90 days on major repairs. Extended warranties can only be purchased for systems that are in proper working condition. If your system has not been inspected, serviced, or maintained by Sun Kool Air Conditioning, an inspection is required before an extended warranty can be purchased for that system. Extended warranties only cover parts, labor, and loss of refrigerant due to any mechanical failure to the heating and cooling system. Extended warranties are retro-active from the start-up date of your system unless otherwise noted. All extended warranties are transferable to a new owner at the same address. Transfers to a new owner require a written approval from the prior owner and a $50 processing fee. All prices are effective for 30 days from the date quoted. Exclusions: extended warranties do not cover preventive maintenance, repairs due to lack of maintenance, any and all damage due to forces of nature, filters, ductwork, line sets, zoning controls, thermostats and electonic air cleaners unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties do not cover night, weekend, or holiday service calls. Repair times for warranties are Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 5:00pm. Allow 6 to 12 weeks for delivery of contracts. |
